GOYENCHEM-840 , is designed by GO YEN CHEMICAL INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD., is a kind of water based high-effective nano-meter water & oil resistant agent for different sorts of fabric finishing, including natural fabrics, synthetics fabrics and blended fabrics products, etc.
GOYENCHEM-840 is able to provide perfect water & oil resistant effect and offer strong durability. However, textiles after treated with GOYENCHEM-840 will give a soft touching and feeling. Our GOYENCHEM-840 obtains a well reputation from many textile producers of Europe, Japan and U.S.A. and become an assigned brand.
Most water resistant for fabrics or textiles only repel water for a limited time. Distinguished from other products, GOYENCHEM-840 is unique designed not only to provide excellent but also permanent water & oil resistant effects.
Most water-resistant fabrics shed water with a short time or offer not good effect of water resistant effect because of their weave or because they treated other brand of products.
However, to treat our GOYENCHEM-840 is more effective than other brand water-resistant. Fabrics coated with a finish of GOYENCHEM-840 will make the water to make beads and keep them stand-up when it hits the fabric rather than going through.  The fabrics to coat our GOYENCHEM-840 will keep water resistant effect and offer durability.

Usage

The usage quantity of GOYENCHEM-840 mainly depends on variety of fabrics, their purposes and formulas.

Our suggestion is provided for reference as follows:

Processing

General processing method: Must follow with different fabrics, formulas’ designs and applications & purposes.

Our suggestion is provide by GO YEN Technical section for reference. The uses still need to adjust according different formulas, designs and purposes.

Pad              1 dip    1 nip

Dry              100℃ ~ 120 ℃  X 1~3 min.

Cure             150℃~ 170℃    X 1~2 min.

 

Easy spray-on application, spray directly on fabric, and drying under room temperature. Not affecting the touch feel of the original fabric.
