GY-IM100 with NR
GY-IM100 can add into the formula with any percentage, while NR provides excellent physical and processing properties. The more volume of GY-IM100  , the better formation of tensile strength, hardness, anti-ozone, and oil-resistant, this irreplaceable function very the weakness of natural rubber such as wear resistant, fatigue resistance, and the ability of NR toward the resistant of acidity and alkaline
GY-IM100 with SBR
Being the most commonly used in the rubbery product, SBR not only provide the excellence properties above(like tensile strength, hardness, anti-ozone, and oil-resistant) but also the significantly enhancement of the rubber extrusion, mixing processability, and so does the augmentation of exterior appearance.


GY-IM100 with NBR

NBR has the fabulous ability for both oil resistant and physical properties. Therefore, when due to the combination with GY-IM100  Series, can increase the properties of the rubber. Moreover, it can form the covulcanization through vulcanization system. With the ability of oil repellent, heating resistant and anti-aging, for instance, it is the solution of making geomenbrane liner, rubbery seal and rubber sheet, etc.

GY-IM100 with  EPDM
Both GY-IM100  and EPDM have the properties of anti-ozone, low temperature-resistant, weather-resistant, and the resistant of acidity and alkaline. With the combination of GY-IM100 Series, can increase the properties of EPDM in processing, including modification of extruding, adhesion, and also the strengthen of vulcanizate toward the properties of flame-proof and oil-resistant. Last but not the least, instead of the forming better EPDM product, the mixture of the above can cut down the cost for the as for the accumulation of add value.


GY-IM100 with CR

Polychloroprene is the irreplaceable item in the rubbery industry, with the modification of PF(similar with CR), can achieve a cost reduction for the economical benefic and also increase its properties of wear-resistant, weather resistant, excellent tensile strength, oil resistant and anti-ozone.
GY-IM100 with CSM
Both GY-IM100 Series and CSM have similar properties, but positioning in different price level, so that with the combination of the above can cut down the cost but maintaining its physical properties.

 

Dosage

The dosage of GY-IM100 SERIES that GYC technical dep. suggest is about 5%~15%. Customers can adjust the dosage according to your specific requirement.
