GY-NA-2200 series are new class of nucleating agents capable of inducing crystal growth in the polymer . This series product act as a nucleating agent by creating a large number of small size crystalline structure during the cooling of the polypropylene melt.

  • GY-NA-2200 series improves mechanical properties ,clarity of polypropylene,heat resistance,size stability and surface gloss.
  • GY-NA-2200 series product make injection molders achieve better production speeds and broaden the molding condition.

GY-NA-2200 series can be blended with Polypropylene directly or add it in the pellet manufacturing.

   

Dosage

GY-NA-2200 series used in PP is around 1.5~3%

P.S.The loading qty is depending on polymer materials and density and can be adjusted according to the practical condition.

Packing & Storage

  • Should be stored under condition of shade, cool and dry
  • The expiry date is three years.
