Description

Intro

Goyenchem-LIR30/50 is the  Rubber Pressure Sensitive Adhesives which developed by GO YEN CHEMICAL INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. (GYC Group), and it can increase cross-linking of rubber when processing. According to the low molecular weight, it can efficiently increase the viscosity of rubber in low temperature; it will not degrade in the high temperature. Also it a great rubber additive and has many excellent functions, such as low surface tension, low polarity, water repellent, resistance to acetone and nonflammable.

Advantages

• Mixed with nature rubber or other non-polar rubber and used as adhesive, helps to maintain a high adhesive strength and increase the initial tack.
• It is an excellent plasticizer which can add NR、BR、SBR、EPDM or other natural and synthetic rubber.
• It can efficiently adjust the viscosity and improves processability.
• Due to the low glass transition temperature, it adapts a wider temperature range, especially in extreme cold weather conditions.
• It increased the strength, hardness and elongation at break of rubber products.
• It won’t be solvent extraction easily, so it can improve the aging resistance of rubber.

• Rubber products: tires, conveyor belts, rubber rollers, hose, shoe, seal, wire and cable.
• Adhesives: solvent, hot melt, pressure-sensitive adhesive, sealant, latex.
• Other: asphalt modifier, polyurethane modifier, lubricating oil additives.
