GYC-EH-3 Hardener for Epoxy

GYC-EH-3 is an epoxy hardener with a fully environmentally friendly chlorine-free process. It can be added to electronic substrates where high demands on halogen-free and lead-free is required. GYC-EH-3 can also be used with dicyandiamide (DICY) without changing its physical properties and can improve the product’s thermal stability. GYC-EH-3 has the characteristics of chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, excellent bonding strength, high Glass Transition Temperature (Tg). It reduces the rate of water absorption for epoxy effectively and provides improved dimensional stability and thermal stability.

Applications

Operations

  • Stir the solvent for 30-60 mins at the temperature of 190-200℃ until the solvent is completely dissolved
  • Filter the mixture by using 25µ and 5µ two-stage filter before using it
  • Use DMF or ANON+MEK solvent
  • The configured solution should be used up as soon as possible

GYC technical department recommends that the dose should be adjusted in accordance with different epoxy hardeners development demands
