Intro

Polycarbonate (PC) is a thermal engineering plastic with excellent and comprehensive properties, it can be widely used in building materials, automobiles, optics, electronic appliances and other industries. It has excellent dispersibility and compatibility with various PC products, can improve the processability and heat resistance of PC and resin, and effectively enhance the added value of PC products. Adding Rate

Recommended adding rate: 0.08-0.2%

The adding rate can be adjusted according to the type and thickness of material and the expected effect.

 

Processing Recommendation

It can be added directly or made GOYENCHEM-FR2025 as flame retardant PC masterbatch with 5%-10% or more than 10%, by twin-screw extrusion granulation with temperature >280°C.

GOYENCHEM-FR2025 flame retardant PC masterbatch can be compounding with general PC, don’t need to add other synergists.
