Heat aging test

Sample Size: 200mm thick of soft PU foam (TDI Base)

Density: 0.03 ~ 0.05 g / cm3

Baking conditions: 135 ℃ 8hrs

Add amount: 3% GGK-690, 3% GGK-690 + 0.6% GGK-681

Test Unit: anti-aging index

 

The experimental results

PU foam can reduce the yellowness index YI to 3.27, compared with 10.72 without adding foam can improve the thermal stability of the processing of foam material.
