GOTENCHEM-SP-100 Silane Polymer Molding Material for Textile is a unique liquid rubber that binds embroiders on textile by silkscreen printing. It offers diversity for industrial design, possesses excellent peel strength, tear strength, heat resistance, and cold resistance. Products applied by GOTENCHEM-SP-100 can be ironed without sabotaging the embroiders. It bestows products with rubber-like texture and elasticity, and with thicker thickness the texture increases. GOTENCHEM-SP-100 holds excellent properties such as waterproof, odorless, non-toxic, and no contamination.

A & B agents are required to process. Users may add silicone color paste and color powder if color demands are needed. GOTENCHEM-SP-100 is easy to process and can be applied for hand-made screen printing, transfer printing, and ribbon printing.

Instruction

  1. Mix with 1:1 A:B agent, users may add silicon color paste or color powder if needed
  2. General process duration is 8-12 hours (depends on color paste/powder)
  3. Drying duration is 2-4 minutes under 120~150℃ (depends on layer thickness and machinery)
  4. Recommend using 80-120 mesh screen

A agent: B agent: color paste = 1:1:0.02~0.05

 

Notification

  1. Adhesion strength differs from layer thickness and material
  2. GOYENCHEM-SP-100 can be applied twice, but cannot be coated with other resins afterward
  3. Bubbles forming may occur on transparent adhesive tape, bubbles can be veiled with color paste

Avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Protect from extreme temperatures.
