Goyenchem-106 provides excellent covalently binding affinity of hydrophilic group with dyestuff and fluorescents which can be applied through dying technology such as exhaustion or padding.
Generally saying, Goyenchem-106 is applied on weaving or knitting fabric in the post processing, with its excellent compatibility with cationic and non-ionic auxiliaries that can be dealt with softener or other auxiliaries.

Suggestion using method
Temperature
- Should be lower than 170 ℃
- If high temperature is inevitable, high temperature to lower temperature setting is recommended
- Goyenchem-106 will be jellified at about 4 ℃, by adding warm water(about 30℃) can return to aqueous solution
pH Value
- Around 4.5-5.5
- Provide highly stabilization under neutral or acidic condition
- Avoid surfactant components of alkali or anionic by diminishing its antimicrobial effective
Other auxiliaries
- Avoid anionic and alkaline compound
- Use simultaneously with non-ionic or cationic instead of dyestuff and fluorescent.
- If it is inevitable, please act as following,
- Dissolve anionic auxiliaries in water and mix properly
- 2Dilute Goyenchem-106 with water 5 times
- Add the diluted Goyenchem-106 into anion solution slowly under stirring
- Use Goyenchem-106 with other auxiliaries such as water or soil repelling agent and softeners at once for treatment bath; otherwise, it might effect of antimicrobial activity while those auxiliaries have already done one the fabric.

The dosage of Goyenchem-106 that GYC technical dep. suggest is about 2%. Customers can adjust the dosage according to your specific requirement.
The effective strength depends on fiber weight and verifies with pick-up value of padder.
