Description

Intro:

GO YEN CHEMICAL INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. (GYC GROUP) is currently the largest manufacturer of flame retardants and functional additives in Taiwan. GOYENCHEM-AD10, developed by GYC GROUP, is the latest environmentally friendly process improved with GYC’s 30 years of professional flame retardant core technology without containing PFOA. When added to thermoplastic plastics, it can release ultra-high molecular weight it microspheres due to the thermal effect. After microsphere fibration, they form a cross-linked network during extrusion and cutting processes. During combustion, the polymer isolates oxygen due to the melting of the ultra-high molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene, accelerating polymer charring and thus achieving flame retardancy. Additionally, with its high molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene, can effectively fibrillate and disperse into small particles, significantly increasing melt strength and elastic modulus, achieving flame retardant and anti-dripping effects, enabling thermoplastic materials to meet higher flame retardant standards.

 

GOYENCHEM-AD10 has excellent dispersibility, easy operation, and advantages such as no clumping at room temperature, no wrinkling of injection-molded products, and no crystallization points in black and white products, effectively improving the surface gloss of products. Due to its good compatibility, it has less impact on impact strength in high-impact formulations. It has been widely applied by many major manufacturers in flame retardant, carbonization, and anti-dripping applications.
