Description

Intro

GO YEN CHEMICAL INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. (GYC GROUP) is a leading manufacturer of specialty chemicals in Asia. We devote ourselves to supplying products and solutions to our customers worldwide to satisfy and expand the market needs.

GOYENCHEM-AP426, developed by GYC GROUP, is an ammonium polyphosphate flame retardant treated with melamine surface treatment. The design caters mainly to all applications suitable for ammonium polyphosphate. GOYENCHEM-AP426 features extremely fine particle size, and low water solubility, and is insoluble in organic solvents, and non-hygroscopic. Plus, it is halogen-free.

GOYENCHEM-AP426 is shown to have low water solubility, even at high temperatures, and great dispersibility and foamability at high temperatures, which accelerates the foaming of the coatings, it is particularly suitable for intumescent coatings.

GOYENCHEM-AP426 shows an extraordinary flame-retardant performance and can be used in intumescent paints/coating, sealants/adhesives, epoxy resin, acrylic resin, unsaturated polyester resins, polyurethane foam, materials containing cellulose, chipboard products, transport applications, etc.
