Nanostructure

GYC’s special nanostructure water-repellent agent makes the treated fabric surface have hydrophobic and self-cleaning properties like the surface of a lotus flower.

Carbon chains are generated on the surface of the treated fabric, and the rolling water droplets stand in the shape of balls on the surface of the treated fabric. The rolling water droplets can easily slide off.

Dosage/ Processing Method

Setting  temperature and time：150-170 ℃ x1-3 mins
Polyester fiber 20-60 g/L 2-10 g/L
  • The amount of addition can be adjusted according to the fiber composition and user needs.

 

Note

  • Dilute with water below 40℃.
  • Can be mixed with antistatic agents, softeners, penetrants, etc. Please confirm compatibility with a small amount before use.
  • Strong acids or strong alkalis may affect stability and waterproof/anti-stain performance, so adjust the pH of the treatment solution to below 7.
  • Once diluted, the waterproof/anti-stain agent should be completed as soon as possible.
  • Thoroughly clean the fabric before use to avoid any residual pre-treatment liquid affecting the performance.
  • Prepare an appropriate amount before use to avoid reusing the treatment solution.

 

Storage

  • Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures and prolonged freezing
  • The storage temperature is between 5~40℃.
