Introduction

Goyenchem-LIR30/50 is the Liquid Rubber Pressure Sensitive Adhesives which developed byGO YEN CHEMICAL INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. (GYC Group), and it can increase cross-linking of rubber when processing. According to the low molecular weight, it can efficiently increase the viscosity of rubber in low temperature; it will not degrade in the high temperature. Also it a great rubber additive and has many excellent functions, such as low surface tension, low polarity, water repellent, resistance to acetone and nonflammable. Goyenchem-LIR30/50 is not only an advanced tire rubber additive, but also a plasticizer. It can replace the natural mineral oil present in rubber, reducing oozing and spoiling in the shaping and molding process, and overcome the blind spot of traditional mineral oil to increase the high added value of product.

Advantages

• Mixed with nature rubber or other non-polar rubber and used as adhesive, helps to maintain a high adhesive strength and increase the initial tack.

Dosage

The recommendation of dosage is 5% to 10%, and the technical staffs can increase or decrease the dosages due to the variety of R&D topic and the individual functional requirement.
