GOYENCHEM-OP902, developed by GYC GROUP, is an organic phosphate non-halogenated flame retardant that provides excellent flame retardant performance to the end-products owing to its high content of phosphorus. For its excellent physical properties, processability, hydrolysis-resistibility, and pigmentability, GOYENCHEM-OP902 is commonly used in thermoplastics and thermoset plastics especially for engineering plastics (PA6, PA66, PET, PBT…) that high processing temperature and thermal stability are required.

The dosage level is to be regarded as general guideline which can be adjusted according to the type of polymers, operating condition, and the thickness of the product.

Note
- Keeping the plastic materials dry before compounding is a must. Pre-drying treatment is not necessary to GOYENCHEM-OP902 under normal conditions owing to its hydrolysis-resistibility.
- For reaching the best flame-retardant performance, drying time suggested: 120℃ *4 hrs
- GOYENCHEM-OP902 is easy to operate. Please only to follow the common way of compound processing.
Storage
Please store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight or damp. Seal tightly after use.
