Tris(2-hydroxyethyl)isocyanurate (THEIC) is also known as 1,3,5-tris(2-hydroxyethyl)cyanuric acid with molecular weight 261.24. The molecular formula is C9H15N3O6. I’s a derivative substance of triazine.THEIC is an important raw material which usually used in the production of heat stabilizer for PVC and wire varnishes and enamel because it provides good heat resistance. Besides, it’s synergist of flame retardant.
