GOYENCHEM-UVC102 is especially designed for UV curing light hardened resin, customer who request anit-UV ability for a long time. GOYENCHEM-UVC102 is belongs to high effective light curing anti-UV agent for coating. Besides, GOYENCHEM-UVC102 can improve the defect that UV absorber can’t be applied on traditional UV curing, it can also prevent coating deterioration and yellowing condition which caused from sunlight, and won’t affect the solidify speed of traditional UV curing.
GOYENCHEM-UVC102 can be used in versatile application such as transparent coating, especially to hardened layer, adhesive layer, metal coating, wood paint, plastic film, UV hardened coating and electrical field.

38% W/W alpha-Hydroxy Ketone  (light initiator)   5%

Hardening condition: 1 x 150 w/cm (high pressure Hg light)

Dry film thickness (DFT): 10(μm)

Coating method : use spreading rod on Leneta spreading paper

Adding amount: 1~3% GOYENCHEM-UVC102

Adding amount

The adding amount recommended by GYC technical department is 1~3%, however, customers can adjust depend on different application and requirement.
