Description

Intro

GOYENCHEMAO-420 is a high efficient phenol-free antioxidant.  It can be used as melt processing stabilizer. Comparing to traditional antioxidant, it has better effect of anti-oxygen and storage stability.  Adding to the plastic product processing, it can make products equipped the characteristic of color maintenance and inhibition of gas fading discoloration. GOYENCHEMAO-420 is especially suitable for the applications in polypropylene fiber, automotive TPO as well as polyolefin, etc.

Processing condition: Multiple extrusion, twin screw extruder (Ф = 35 mm, L/D = 36)

Melt flow rate is measured by weight every 10 minutes at 230°C and 2.16kg pressure.
