Intro

GOYENCHEMUV-W15 is a high effective water-based anti-UV agent which developed by GO YEN CHEMICAL INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. (GYC Group) technical department for PU and acrylic water-based products, with remarkable anti-UV, weathering resistance and anti-yellowing of non-solvent products.   GOYENCHEMUV-W15 can be used in wide varieties of PU and acrylic, transparent and colour paint system. It recommended for industrial, automotive, wood, plastics and building coatings particularly.  After adding GOYENCHEMUV-W15 to the base material, it can effectively inhibit the deterioration of the coating film and improve the completely solution for yellowing discoloration which caused by sun and climate environment of water-based product.

GOYENCHEMUV-W15 weathering resistance experiment of PU Water-based transparent coating

Resin: Polyurethane (PU) cationic water-based transparent coating

Application: Spray  

Preparations: Air dry for 6 hours

Film Thickness: 75 microns (wet); 30 microns (dry)

Test Methods: ASTM G154-2

Exposure Unit: Q-U-V with UVB-313 light bulb

Exposure Time: 1000 hours 

Dosage: 1~3% Solid content

It should be kept in a dry, dark place without any light exposure.
