GY-A is a high effective liquid anti-skinning agent which is developed by GYC group especially for the majority of resin, adhesives, hot melt, coatings, paints and printing inks industry customers, can be widely used in hot melt, air dry coating, high solid content resin and printing ink.

Characteristic

  1. Compatible with a variety of paints and coatings, for use in preventing oxidative polymerization drying paint
  2. The surface crust of adhesive and hot melt adhesive caused by storage or transport process
  3. Ink crust during store in tank
  4. Dipping barrel surface exposed to air hardening crust
  5. Excellent anti-skinning, does not affect the coating drying rate
  6. Appearance is colorless and transparent, won’t let the coating fade or discolor

Usage

  • The whole amount 0.1-0.3%
  • If the paint was greater tendency crust, the adding amount increased to 0.4%
  • Short oil paint: 0.10-0.15%
  • Long oil paint: 0.10-0.25%                
  • Drying paint: 0.20-0.30%

Storage

  • Store in a cool ventilated place. Keep container tightly

Notice

  • Please store in glass, PP material, tin coating in barrel or stainless steel containers
  • Reaction with some metal, do not first mixed with drier, do not add at the same time
  • You can add the amount of 1/3 before grinding, or after grinding add the amount of 2/3, and add the whole amount after grinding
