Plastics like PP and PE frequently experiencing agglomeration and or adhesion during manufacture and storage, here are the main reasons: Firstly, due to the processing temperature increases, plastics have lower melting point that result in agglomeration and adhesion. Second, when producing ultra-soft or hard products, it is necessary to add a sufficient proportion of oil. But oil itself has viscosity that causes expulsion, which leads to the formation of granular agglomerates. Finally, when the particles are not adequately cooled, they remain at a higher temperature, combined with the high viscosity of the oil, causing the particles to agglomerate and stick together.

The GYC Technology Department has developed the GY-AB426 high-performance anti-blocking agent specifically for this purpose. Its fine powder adheres to the surface of the particles, creating a barrier that prevents contact between particles and stops internal moisture from migrating to the surface. This helps maintain stable particle crystalline structures.

GY-AB426 exhibits excellent dispersibility and high adsorption capacity, readily absorbing and dispersing moisture, oils, and other substances. It effectively prevents agglomeration or adhesion during production and storage, promoting flowability, enhancing production speed, and adding value to the final products.
