GY-ANTIBIOTIC-303 is an antibiotic agent that is mainly for use in textiles and can meet the requirements for environmental protection.

GY-ANTIBIOTIC-303 is colorless, odorless, non-corrosive, and eco-friendly. It shows great compatibility and can be used under room temperature. It can be used in textile, fabric product, synthetic/natural leather, daily necessities, etc., and shows great antibacterial performance against Escherichia coli, Candida albicans, Klebsiella pneumonia, and so forth. The antibacterial activity value of which is higher than 99%.

GY-ANTIBIOTIC-303 provides antibacterial performance through both chemical and physical ways, while the traditional antibacterial agents feature only the chemical one.

  • Chemical way: GY-ANTIBIOTIC-303 will produce ionization where nanostructure of ions carries strong positive charges which can pull any bacteria and viruses, with negative charges, towards it and demolish the cell wall of bacteria and viruses as well as changing their enzymatic activity, which leads to the destruction of bacteria and viruses.
  • Physical way: The long-chain nanostructure of polymer will wrap round the bacteria and stop them from reproducing, which blocks the respiratory path of bacteria and is the key reason that does not occur antibiotic resistance.

Application Guidelines

GY-Antibiotic-303 is generally used by post treatment.

After diluted, GY-Antibiotic-303 can be used in textile by spraying, dipping, or rolling.

  1. Pad-batch in room temperature
  2. Setting: 150~180℃ *1~3 minutes

The size and quantity (pieces) of textile to be treated each time shall be adjusted depending on the material and its absorbancy. A test run in advance is suggested.

 

Adding Rate

Recommended adding rate: 0.5%-1%

The adding rate is to be regarded as general guideline which shall be adjusted according to the formula, final performance expected, type of fabric, and type of microbes or bacteria to be fighting against.
