Description

Intro

GY-CA-AP can be a creditable effective powder coating additive which can be applied on the metal. Our GY-CA-AP can be added into the primer or the one-off painting. Both of the method can augment the adhesion of coating and the surface.

Instructions

For both pre-treatment and post-adding, when mixing with the primer, the dosage is depends on the adhesiveness of the resin.

 

Suggestion dosage 

The dosage of GY-CA-AP that GYC technical dep. suggest is about 1.5~2.5%. Customers can adjust the dosage according to your specific requirement.

 

Note 

1. GY-CA-AP has the acid structure of its composition, which can lead to the frosting phenomenon while encounter of some alkaline painting, therefore, we encourage to do the pretest.
2. GY-CA-AP would cause turbid and separation due to low-temperature condition, consequently, please heat until it return to the original status, but this method would not affect its properties.
3. Please use our GY-CA-AP with carefully use, avoid the skin contact. 

 

Storage

1. To save in the area of both dry and closing
2. To avoid the direct exposure of the sunshine and the fire.
3. In moderate temperature(during 0°C to 40°C), while under 5°C the status might freeze, please heat the solvent with water bath and mix it.
4. Please contain the solvent in the full sealing container to prevent the moisture until it use up.
