Description

Introduction

With its blocked curing system, GY-CA-P10 is the perfect solution for those fully alkylated melamineds, due to its functional modification. GY-CA-P10 can also shorten down the period of backing time and lower down its backing temperature.

Advantages

1. GY-CA-P10 belong to the type of strong acid, which can provide the full reaction for fully alkylated melamine formaldehyde resin, without the high temperature baking requirement.
2. Compare to unblocked P-TSA, the paint with GY-CA-P10 provide better performance for the stability of storage, and also maintain its stability in the moderate temperature.
3. Compare to other amine salt, GY-CA-P10 show superior presentation on anti-yellowing function.
4. GY-CA-P10 can lower down the baking temperature and increase its stability according to its deblock temperature(135C-150C) compared to other P-TSA amine salts.

 

Instruction

The dosage of GY-CA-AP that GYC technical dep. suggest is about 1-4%. Customers can adjust the dosage according to your specific requirement.

Different backbone and amino resin can lead to different reactivity.  Please consider the baking temperature and time period and test the coating’s stability.

 

Storage

1. To save in the area of both dry and closing
2. To avoid the direct exposure of the sunshine and the fire.
3. Please contain the solvent in the full sealing container to prevent the moisture until it use up.
