Intro

In order to improve evironment pollution, GYC Group always make a effort to design series of Eco-friendly products. Using petroleum-based plastic products will cause to ecological pollution, besides plastic could be decomposed by nature in hundreds of years. Since the longer time of decomposition, the petroleum-based plastic products will release harmful chemicals and bring toxic gas when burned. In view of this , GYC Group especially develops  high effective decomposable elastomer GY-DE-160 to solve this problems.
GY-DE-160 is mainly suitble for blow molding products, and also can be widely used to PP,BOPP,CPP,PE,Garbage bag, Liner,Carrier bag.
GY-DE-160 can improve the added value of products.

GYC Nano decomposable material not only has high efficiency degradation ability but also provides the following advantages:

  • Can use compound and add in the variety of plastic PP.LDPE.HDPE.LLDPE.…etc.
  • Less efficient usage rate and achieve large number of applications of degradable plastic for human
  • The degradation delayed period fixed and appropriated length, it can control the start time of degradable plastic
  • High decomposition speed, it can be degraded by environment, soil, sunlight, humidity, UV light and the oxygenation in the air after used.
  • PLA material which made by natural corn is an expensive, low heat resistant product. Moreover, this item can’t be used widely. Comparing with PLA, GY-DE-160 has well price performance ratio.   
  • Can be combined with traditional petrochemical products such as :PP.PE. LDPE.HDPE.LLDPE…etc.

GY-DE-160 was developed by GYC technical department for this field which  has all  the advantages of degradation materials, and it is one of the  degradation materials  of high efficiency optical degradation  polyolefin. 
GY-DE-160 contained organic  nanostructures which can  promote polymer to generate free radical and leaded  to photo-oxidation reaction. In the sun and other light sources, it used the energy  UV light of light  degradation and the role of oxygen in the air to degrade plastic as  small molecule compounds.

GY-DE-160 is especially for light  degradation, traditional polyolefin film products. For example, it can be  added into PP/PE/EVA/PC and it also can use as agricultural  film, agricultural film, bags,  shopping bags, packaging film construction, garbage bags and other additives.  Within the effective and  significantly accelerated the degradation of the light and  also has a non-t oxic, odorless, tasteless, non-flammable and other effects.

In  addition, GY-DE-160 can replace the high price of PLA, and then overcome the defects of bad processing and unlike polyolefin or general pan with  plastic; realize  human’s desire and pursuit for environment, environmental  protection and energy  saving.

Method

GY-DE-160 is used to the following production routes for conventional processing equipment conversion.

Blown film 10-60μm ; The conversion of temperature should not exceed 220°C or secondary heat processes e.g. shrink film.

 

Recommend addition

1.5~3%, Molecular weight will be reduced after using 22 months. The performances may be influenced by different conditions and factors such as: environment, humidity, temperature, soil, therefore, testament is suggested and clients could adjust the dosage base on requirements.

 

Storage  

Place in cool, ventilated place. Do not solarize directly., Storage temperatures  should not exceed 30℃
