GY-FR-OP12 developed by GYC GROUP is an environmentally friendly non-halogen phosphorus-based flame retardant, which can be used in epoxy resin, polyester resin and polyurethane resin by reaction or addition, providing excellent stability and performance. It can be compounded and added to other PMMA, ABS, HIPS, plastics, rubbers and resins.

Advantage:

  • Foam polymer: especially hard PU foam, EVA foam material〪
  • Thermosetting resin: phenolic resin, epoxy resin, unsaturated resin, polyester resin, melamine, acrylic resin, glass fiber resin…etc.
  • Coating and various resin applications: fire retardant coatings, all acrylic related products (including coatings, inks), polyurethane resins (PU), textile resins, latex resins, and adhesive related products.
  • PVC, wire, cable, pipeline, leather, sheet

Recommendation  

15~30%. The user can increase or decrease the content of different plastic resins and other supplementary formulas or synergists.
