GY-FR-OP54 is a halogen-free synthetic flame retardant specially developed by GYC GROUP. It is not easily soluble in water or organic solvents. It has an excellent hydrolysis resistance, a good thermal stability, and a very high processing temperature range. It is recommended being used on fiber reinforced composites such as PBT, PA, POM, and other engineering plastics applications where high-temperature manufacturing is required. GY-FR-OP54 provides an excellent fire-retardant performance and adds more value to your products.

Dosage

The recommended additive amount is 20% ~ 30%. You may make an adjustment according to the type of engineering plastics, the product formula, or the expectation fire-retardant effect.
