GY-FR-OP74 is a halogen free flame retardant designed for PA products like PA6, PA66, PA6 glass fiber, and PA66 glass fiber. The rich content of phosphorus in GY-FR-OP74 provides excellent flame retardancy performance. It holds great compatibility, physical properties, and electric characteristics with polyester and polyester compound. It can also be applied to thermosetting and thermoplastics.

GY-FR-OP74 features exceptional pyrolysis temperature, making it suitable for PA, PET, PBT that require high process temperature. The characteristics of non‑hygroscopic, water/organic solvents insolubility, no precipitation, and excellent coloring ability allow the users to accelerate the production efficiency with convenience.

 Dosage

Recommended dosage: 15-30%, the dosage level is to be regarded as a general guideline that can be adjusted according to the type of material and the expected effect.

 Notification

  1. Make sure the plastic is dry before the process, under normal circumstances drying procedure is not required
  2. Pre-dry process if needed: 120℃ for 4 hours
  3. Normal mixing process is viable
