GY-FR-OPseris Flammability Test Report on 5G PPE High Frequency Material

Intro

The booming development of 5G on internet communication, IoT (Internet of Things) and other related devices in recently years make the requirements of high-frequency, high-speed and tremendous data transportation grow up remarkably. One of high-frequency resin called PPE (Polyphenylene ether) often used in CCL (Copper Clad Laminate) which assemble in server, mobile device or vehicle-to-everything equipment.

 

Testing purpose

Flame retardant GY-FR-OPseries developed by GYC group applied on PPE resin to observe the performance examining by UL-94 test as following.

Furthermore, the thermal stability and peel strength of PPE can be promoted meanwhile after adding GY-FR-OPseries. Therefore, the value of CCL can be enhanced.
