Applications

  • Thermosetting resin: Styrene resins, phenol resins, epoxy resins, unsaturated resins, polyester resins, acrylic resins, etc. 
  • Coating and various resin applications: flame retard coating, related fireproof acrylic product, polyurethane resin(PU), urethane acrylate, PMMA, latex resins, and adhesives.
  • Can apply to all kinds of soft and rigid polyurethane(PU) formulas.
  • All kinds of flame retard natural rubber and synthetic rubber
  • Elastomers :TPE,TPU,SBS,SEBS,TPR,TPV and various elastomers
  • Foam polymer: can apply to various foam products, especially on rigid PU foam, cooling, and thermal insulation board.
  • Other flame-retard applications: paper industrial, furniture plywood, pigment, adhesive agent, textile, fiber, and various electronic products.

It can be seen from the test results that, compared with the unsaturated polyester without adding, after adding 15% of GY-FR-PTL141, its oxygen index (LOI) reaches 28% (the higher the value, the more flammable it is).
