GY-FRE670 is microencapsulated red phosphorus masterbatch specially for polyolefin which imparts phenomenal flame retardant performance to polyolefin products. By using polyolefin resin as its carrier, GY-FRE670 is wrapped by using encapsulation technology to prevent the red phosphorus from moisture absorption, reduce its activity, improve the compatibility, and remain a high concentration of active flame retardant component. GY-FRE670 shows excellent thermal stability, electrical performance, mechanical behavior, compatibility, and dispersivity. Additionally, GY-FRE670 is with ease of handling and incorporation while it can directly compound with plastic pellets and will not cause dust formation or migration during processing.
