GY-GA-F-AL-1 Graphene Coated Aluminum Foil Current Collector
GY-GA-F-AL-1 is an aluminum foil current collector coated with graphene. Its general properties surpass carbon black and graphite coated foil and can replace traditional aluminum foil & erosion foil. GY-GA-F-AL-1 can be applied to Li-battery and other supercells.
Description
Intro
GY-GA-F-AL-1 is an aluminum foil current collector coated with graphene. Its excellent conductivity and 2-dimension layer structure can form a super-thin conductive layer on the surface, decreasing the interface contact resistance and strengthen the adhesion, thus elevating the charge/discharge rate and cycle life of a battery. Its general properties surpass carbon black and graphite coated foil and can replace traditional aluminum foil & erosion foil. GY-GA-F-AL-1 can be applied to Li-battery and other supercells.

Features
- Delicate/thin thickness. Good homogeneity.
- Decrease surface contact resistance, boosting battery charge/discharge rate and cycle life.
- Increase adhesion of active material and current collector. Suppress corrosion & prolong battery life.
- Reduce the chances of polarization and thermal effect. Suppress hiking temperature to ensure safety.
Application
- Lithium battery
- Supercell/power storage device
Methods & Notes
- Directly used as current collector in Li-battery or supper battery.
- Accustomed to different coating methods with moisture under 30%.
- Ultrasound electrode welding can level up the power by 10% better than common aluminum foil.
- The product is prone to absorb moisture. Do not open until usage. When left, dry it in a vacuum box at 40~60℃ for 2 hours, then store it at room temperature.
