GY-GA-FC is an aluminum Foil graphene coating specially developed for Li-Battery and supercell/powder storage devices. It is waterborne with good fluidity and low solid content. It can be evenly coated on an aluminum current collector by Intaglio printing the conductivity and flexible structure can form a super-thin conductive layer on the surface, decreasing the interface contact resistance and strengthen the adhesion, thus elevating its charge/discharge rate and cycle life of a battery.

Features

Methods & Notes
- In case of sediment, please stir well and filter by 100 mesh before using.
- Immediate use is advised. (Better in 30 days because it’s waterborne) Must be sealed when left to prevent evaporation and impurity, which may affect the solid content, viscosity, and coating performance.
- Suggested thickness ≦1μm for double side coating with density between 0.08 to 0.1g/cm2.
