GY-LA42 High-Effective Anti-Blowing Agent

Intro

GY-LA42 has developed on the related products manufactured High Effective Anti-foaming Agent for GO YEN CHEMICAL INDUSTRIAL CO. LTD. (GYC), the main effect  are anti-foaming 、 deaeration and defoaming. It solved the difficulty of the bubbling during the long-term production process for the technical personnel.

Dissolubility	It can dissolve in ethanol、benzene、ether、vegetable oil、mineral, but not in water.

Advantages

• Excellent in high efficient foaming solvent-based coatings 、defoamer, it has good inhibitive and eliminated effects of the coating for the produced bubbles while manufacturing、stirring 、constructing.
• It can suppress the resin with the DMF and water hypallage solidification prodcued bubbles, when the aqueous process.  
•  To prevent PU resin comes into bubbling while stirring and to recduce the defoaming time. 
• For the impregnating coating, the stirring bubbles made the good inhibitive effect.

• The fluidity of the strengthened coating can advance the gloss and flatness of coating.

• Solvent-based coating systems
• To inhibit heterosexual ester resin mixed to produce incompatible foam structure.
•  Non-solvent epoxy coating
•  Polyurethane synthetic leather、coating、resin
• The foam after the process of leather fluorocarbon water repellent
• The produced foam for improving to add filler( such as calcium carbonate、wood powder、talcum powder)
• The defoaming agent for high solid content resin 

 

Additive and user manual

•  The amount  0.1-1.0%
•  GYC recommend the additive, only the technical personnel can increase or decrease the additive according to the seriousness of foam.
• It is best way to add defoaming effect before grinding or stirring, or add it later for anti-foaming and stir it until smooth.
• GY-LA42 is special modified product, it will not affect the product properties while adding
