Intro

GY-LA58 is an non-aromatic solvent anti-foaming agent, it can widely use on solvent coating system.

Advantages

• Prevent mixing、manufacturing、application of the bubbles by the mechanical force.
• Prevent PU resin producing the bubbles while stirring, and reduce the time for anti-foaming.
• It is good at defoaming and deaeration when post processing the synthetic leather.
• The flow of strength coating, to promote the gloss and flatness of film.
• Reduce the defects of fish-eye、pinhole、crater.
• A good compatibility with most of coating systems.

Additive and user manual

•  The mount 0.1-1.2%, and stir it until smooth.
•  GY-LA65 is special modified product, it will not affect the product properties while adding
•  It is best way to add defoaming effect before mixing or stirring, or add it later for anti-foaming and stir it until smooth.
•  Test the best dosage and compatibility before use it
