GY-LO-06 Leveling Agent
Leveling agents have characteristics of low surface tension, low viscosity, and low volatility. First, adding GY-LO-06 could decrease surface tension between solvent and base material to allow the coating to spread evenly on the substrate and achieve good wetting. Also, it can avoid shrinkage cavity from happening. Second, the low volatility of GY-LO-06 can adjust the evaporation rate of the solvent, reduce viscosity, and thereby provide the coating with excellent flow properties. Finally, x will form a molecular layer protective film on the surface of the substrate to evenly distribute surface tension, create a smooth surface. The above three characteristics can provide the coating with optimal flow properties, resulting in an even and smooth surface on the substrate after application. In addition, the high compatibility of x allows it to be widely used in various coatings, resins, adhesives, and other fields.
