GY-MF-PC1 Nanometer After-treatment Flame Retardant for Fiber

Intro

GY-MF-PC1 is a kind of non-toxic flame retardant for fiber, due to the special nanometer structure synthetic technology; it provides all kinds of fiber and interior wallpaper with excellent flame retarded effect and soft feeling after treated.

Applications

Material	Wide ranges of textiles (PET, POLYPROPYLENE, NYLON, COTTON, T/C…), fabric , internal weaving, immersed leather, wooden product, paper materials, etc.
Purpose/Place	Furniture, tablecloth, carpet, curtain, flooring, interiorwallpaper, plywood, based layer of leather, cork, logs
others	Can be directly used to resin or wetting PU resin

 

 

USING METHOD 

1. Can be used directly, no need to dilute. If you would like to dilute, it may add pure water.
2. Can be mixed with resin or used by spray, dipping or roller coating.
3. After dipping, spraying or roller coating, dry under approx. 100℃ or airing at the normal temperature.
4. When applying on different materials, should do the test in advance.

 

 

 

Recommended Condition

PAD=========＞100°C × DRY=======＞140~160°C

 

 

Recommended Dosage

1. 100% GY-MF-PC1
2.  50% GY-MF-PC1 + 50% water
3. 30% GY-MF-PC1 + 70% water
4. 70% GY-MF-PC1 + 30% water

GYC recommends 4 different dosages, the dosage can be reduced or increased by customer’s actual application.

 

 

Package and Storage

• 20 kg/plastic drum or 200 kg/iron drum.
• Stored in the dry & cool place.
