GY-POLYOLEFIN-SERIES can be applied on fireproof polyolefin and the using amount of GY-POLYOLEFIN-SERIES can affect the material properties like the below list. As you see the list below, add GY-POLYOLEFIN-SERIES in polyolefin can enhance the tensile strength and flexural modulus. When adding amount of GY-POLYOLEFIN-SERIES up to 25%, the materical can meet UL94V-0 standard, it belong to flame retard material and owns self-extinguishing ability.
Condition
The synthetic resin we use: standard polyolefin resin, depand on different adding amount that we have defferent results:
A: Polyolefin Resin 100%+GY-POLYOLEFIN-SERIES 0%
B: Polyolefin Resin 95%+GY-POLYOLEFIN-SERIES 5%
C: Polyolefin Resin 90%+GY-POLYOLEFIN-SERIES 10%
D: Polyolefin Resin 85%+GY-POLYOLEFIN-SERIES 15%
E: Polyolefin Resin 80%+GY-POLYOLEFIN-SERIES 20%
F: Polyolefin Resin 75%+GY-POLYOLEFIN-SERIES 25%
G: Polyolefin Resin 70%+ GY-POLYOLEFIN-SERIES 30%
