  • millable urethane rubbers
  • thermoplastic polyester polyurethanes(TPU)
  • polyester polymers such as PET, PBT, TPE
  • polyamides.
  • masterbatch
  • corresponding polymers

Note

It gradually begin to sinter at temperature↓70℃ it is resionous and tough; at temperatures above 90C it is a viscous fluid

Storage

  • In closed containers of moderate temperature about 20℃
  • In both cool and dry place.
  • Can be kept for a least 12 months without becoming less effective
  • Please make sure that the agglomeration of particle in the process of transportation are being broken prior to use

Suggestion dosage

Depends on the acid end group content and humidity content of polymer to be stabilized as well as the stabilizing effect to be obtained. The dosage of GY-PUA-P that GYC technical dep. suggest is about 0.5-5%Customers can adjust the dosage according to your specific requirement. While processing millable PUR rubbers 0.5-2.5 weight % in case of polyester, polyamides, thermoplastic polyurethanes.

Note:

GY-PUA-P may be processed preferably by way of separate feeding or alternatively by direct incorporation as dry blend
