Dosage
The dosage of GY-VE-34 is 0.1-1.5% (anti-descend purpose); 1-3% (anti-sagging purpose) recommended by GYC technical department, however, staff can adjust depend on different application and requirement.
Processing method
- GY-VE-34 can be added into kinds of solvent based and oil resin directly
- GY-VE-34 can be mixed during grind phase
- The temperature will increase during grind phase, it is good for add GY-VE-34, the temperature can reach to 40-50°C during grind process, higher temperature won’t cause negative effect. Temperature can reach to 40°-50°C during grinding, higher won’t cause negative effect also.
