Viscosity index modifier increases the viscosity of base oil under high temperature, usually in circumstances that the processing temperature changes drastically (ICE for instance). Applying a viscosity index modifier is a good way to reduce cost. It has little impact on the properties of the base oil. Polymer stretches under high temperatures, and the viscosity index of the modified oil is significantly higher than the unmodified one.

GY-VE43, designed by GYC Lubricant team, enhances viscosity under heat environment, reduces the formation of carbon deposits effectively. It improves oil film strength and offers products shear stability. GY-VE43 lowers the dissipating energy of equipment, expanding their lifespan.
