PVC paste is using PVC resin as the dispersion substance, plasticizer is the dispersoid produced by dispersing intermedium. PVC resin can be absorbed or dissolved by plasticizer with raising temperature. Although PVC resin is a thermoplastic resin, but it is liquid dispersoid during room temperature. It’s viscosity will start changing into hardened status (gelatinization) when heating up, keep rising the temperature will show out it’s thermoplasticity to achieve molten state. But the viscosity will increase rapidly during gelatinization, this will affect it’s processability, formability and fluidity.

GY-VR-35 can increase the amount of additive to reduce cost, reduce plasticizer dosage to increase product hardness. Especially for PVC paste forming process that needs rapid coating, slush molding, dip molding, dipping processing, extrusion, adding viscosity-reducing agent is a effective way to reduce viscosity. It can improve PVC paste’s viscosity stability during storage process and not included 6P plasticizer, it is a product which specified by PVC relative manufacturer.
