GYC-AT-53, an antistatic agent with high polymer providing long-lasting antistatic effect, is developed by GYC GROUP, catering mainly to PC and ABS. It shows great processing behavior, dispersivity, and can be used in high-temperature processing; it will not cause migration after adding into plastics. GYC-AT-53 will not affect the properties or formability of resin, and will not damage the surface characteristics or mechanical properties of plastic. It offers outstanding antistatic performance which is barely affected by the laundry, ambient temperature, humidity, water vapor, and so forth. GYC-AT-53 can still provide excellent antistatic performance at low temperature or when the air is dry while the traditional antistatic agents are readily affected by the laundry, humidity, etc.

Processing Conditions
- If compounding is necessary, using a mixer with greater ability is recommended, such as biaxial extruder.
- Molding temperature suggested: 210-250℃ (Can be adjusted according to the type of resin)

Adding Rate
Recommended adding rate: 5-15% to make PC, ABS, or PC/ABS alloy to reach 108-9 surface resistivity
The adding rate is to be regarded as general guideline which can be adjusted according to the type of material, ambient conditions, processing conditions, and the effect expected.

Storage
GYC-AT-53 is readily to absorb moisture.
Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place and void damp. Seal tightly after use.
