GYC-CE-271 is a high performing nanometer conductivity enhancer and anti-static agent that meets the industry standard, and is particularly suited for ESD and semiconductor wires/cables. GYC-CE-271 offers industrial standard electrical conductivity that can be broadly used in ESD synthesis plastics. It can be granular form or fluffy appearance.

GYC-CE-271 is designed mainly for wires and cables, resin and plastic, textile industry and good dispersity attributed to nanometer structure, which make excellent processability and compound.

Conclusion:

1.The result shows that it’s effective after adding 3% of GYC-CE-271 and the resistance drops from 1016 to 1012.

2. Reach 108~9 after adding 15%.

3.Reach 104~5 after adding 25%.

 

Adding Rate

Recommended adding rate: 20%-25%.

The adding rate is to be regarded as general guideline which can be adjusted according to type of material and the expected effect.
