Mold spores in the air, long-term inhalation exposure will cause respiratory and allergic symptoms.

Characteristics
GYC high value antibacterial mold coating has a flexible elastic, can be coated with different thermal expansion and contraction without cracking of temperature. For maximize effectiveness, high-value-mildew anti-bacterial coating dry film thickness of external walls and asbestos should be maintained between 0.38MM ~ 0.45MM at least.
(15~18MILS) Flat concrete roof should be maintained at least 0.65MM. Color
For maintaining heat proof function, we suggest applying white color for the roof. The color of outside wall can be blend and applied according to client’s need. Please mix the color paste and blend appropriately. For taking effect of the heat proof function, we suggest applying the light color.
Surface treatment
The surface of coated object shall be clean and dry. Please use bleach for cleaning and wiping the lichen and bacteria on the surface of coated object. Please use water and cleaning solutions for cleaning others. Paint after the object becomes dry. The powder and flake of old coating shall be wiped. Slight chalking (the base of coating maintain strong adhesion) shall be clean with tri-sodium phosphate and washed by water, then paint until it becomes dry. The coating of new building shall be paint until the concrete dry and solid completely.
Construction Method
Use airless paint spraying machine for painting, then roll with synthetic felt roller, use the synthetic bristle brush for painting is also acceptable. The standard process is painting two layers. The thickness of dried film should not be less than 0.38MM (15 mils). Before painting the second layer, the first layer shall be dry in touchable condition. The waiting time depends on the speed of first layer become dry.
If the temperature of surface of coated object and around is higher than 5℃, do not paint lower than 5℃. When the temperature is between 20℃~25℃, the relative humidity is 50%, the object become totally dry in 48 hours. The speed of becoming dry depends on various temperature and humidity.

Painting area
The demand amount of 10 ping outside wall and asbestos tile roof is one drum. The thickness of dried film is approximately 0.4 MM. The demand amount of 6 ping concrete flat roof and baking varnish corrugated steel sheet is approximately 1 drum. The thickness of dried film is approximately 0.6 MM.
