OZ-31 Fluorine-Free Flow Promoter
OZ-31 is a flow promoter developed by GYC Group for the plastic and elastomer industries. It has excellent dispersibility and flow promotion properties and can be used in colored or transparent products, contributing to stable processing and molding. Unlike traditional powdered flow promoters that tend to generate dust, OZ-31 does not contain any plastic components. It is produced in solid tablet form, making it easy to handle and suitable for a wide range of applications in thermoplastic and thermosetting plastics, elastomers, various composite materials, injection molding, extrusion, and pelletizin.

Recommended Dosage:
Recommended addition dosage for black products: 0.02% ~ 0.04%
Recommended addition dosage for other colors: 0.05% ~ 0.08%
The adding rate is to be regarded as general guideline which can be adjusted according to the performance requirements.
