GY-VR-D80 viscosity reducer, developed by GYC GROUP, offers remarkable viscosity reducing properties and dispersibility, creating superb processability.

In particular, GY-VR-D80 is perfect for emulsion powder dipping owing to its outstanding viscosity-reducing properties. With the reducer, you can increase fluidity, reduce the use of plasticizers, and add fillers to lower the cost. It is also suitable for high-speed coating, slush molding, dipping, and extrusion molding, where low viscosity is required. GY-VR-D80, free of 6P, shows great viscosity stability and can be a substitute for Exxonmobil viscosity reducers. It has been used by numerous PVC, resin, ink, and paint manufacturers.

Adding Rate

Recommended adding rate: 20%-30% for PVC / 10%-20% for ink, coating, pigment, and paint

The adding rate is to be regarded as general guideline which can be adjusted according to the actual processing condition, properties of materials, and effect expected.

Storage

Avoid direct sunlight and store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place.

Seal tightly after use and avoid damp. Please finish up the product as soon as possible once opened.
